OpenText World 2024 was designed to redefine the corporate event experience, blending technology, storytelling, and seamless execution to captivate an audience of 2,000 in-person attendees and 10,000 virtual participants.

The goal was to create a multi-sensory, immersive production that elevated keynotes, fostered audience engagement, and delivered seamless hybrid participation. The event’s complexity was amplified by the Formula 1 Grand Prix, which introduced significant logistical hurdles due to road closures and restricted access.

For 12 years, OpenText has trusted Stagevision to manage the production of this event and raise the bar each year.

Stagevision’s expert team managed every detail—from concept to execution—deploying 850 panels of 2.6mm LED video wall, 288 intelligent lighting fixtures, and a 64-channel audio system to craft a breathtaking, high-impact main stage. The venue transformation required 1 kilometer of truss, 2,500 feet of drape, and tiered seating for 2,000 attendees. With 18 tractor trailers of equipment, an intricate three-day setup, two days of rehearsals, and two days of live show production, meticulous planning was key. The venue had to transition seamlessly from a general session into a high-energy roller rink party, requiring real-time reconfiguration of lighting, video, and sound—a feat accomplished in record time.

Stagevision delivered a show that exceeded expectations, receiving rave reviews from attendees, executives, and stakeholders.
