Scott Tomlinson serves as Chief Executive Officer of Stagevision, where he drives the company's strategic direction and oversees the execution of its business plan. With over 25 years of industry experience, Scott previously served as Vice President of Strategic Accounts & Venue Partnership Sales North America for Encore Global, where he led all Venue Contracts Sales and the Strategic Accounts Division. Prior to that role, he held the position of Vice President and Managing Director for Canada at Encore Global, where he was the senior executive responsible for developing strategies, driving growth, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction. His proven track record of leadership and deep industry expertise continues to guide Stagevision's growth and market leadership.
Patrick (Pat) Purdy serves as Stagevision’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing over 15 years of experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and business transformation. With a proven track record of driving growth and improving operational efficiencies, Pat plays a pivotal role in building the financial foundation to support Stagevision’s growth.
Before joining Stagevision, Pat held senior leadership roles in both private equity-backed and high-growth organizations. His expertise in streamlining operations, managing acquisitions, and optimizing financial performance has made him a key contributor to long-term business success.
Pat earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University.
Alissa Hurley brings over 20 years of experience in the corporate events industry to Stagevision, where she serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy and Marketing. Known for her strategic insight and leadership, Alissa has held executive roles at industry leaders like FMAV and Encore. In her role, Alissa is tasked with leading the development and execution of growth strategies for market expansion, advancing Stagevision’s digital presence, and enhancing brand positioning across Canada. Alissa’s expertise in innovative marketing and business development, coupled with her ability to integrate new market opportunities, position her to support the company’s mission to set new standards in audiovisual and event production.
Bryce oversees the Staging and Events business at Stagevision, which focuses on large corporate events, including live, virtual and hybrid. He was the third employee at Stagevision and has been a driver of innovation for clients and for the industry.
Clients rely on Bryce’s leadership and creativity in developing impactful and engaging events that work. He is a client partner who most enjoys working collaboratively to develop new ways to create better events. In a time of hyper-specialization, Bryce is a generalist. He’s a problem-solver with rare knowledge of all the requirements for large live events and the curiosity and understanding of digital technologies.
Bryce represents Stagevision with the AV Alliance and works with many of their premium staging and event company members worldwide.
Rob Doherty has been with Stagevision for over 32 years, leading his team with focus, accuracy, and strategy that have exceeded Stagevision’s clients’ expectations. Prior to joining Stagevision, Rob served as Technical Director of one of the largest production companies at the time. Rob has always held expectations as the forefront of his business model.
Rob serves as Vice President of Operations at Stagevision Inc. Rob’s responsibilities include liaising between the “front-shop” and the “back-shop” of Stagevision, ensuring that each and every audiovisual, staging, and production contract Stagevision takes on is met with precision, accountability, and perfection by its technicians, the equipment, and the overall operation of the project from start to finish. Rob demonstrates tremendous leadership finesse with Stagevision’s technicians through his ability to coordinate schedules, equipment, facilities, transportation, and client needs with high standards and consistency.
Hardy has had a long and distinguished history in meetings and events. He began his career as a cinema engineer in the film industry in the UK prior to immigrating to Canada. True to his entrepreneurial spirit, Hardy has had key roles through the years in building a number of AV companies in the GTA. He is the caretaker of many of the long-term relationships that Stagevision has built with our venue partners and acts as the primary representative of Stagevision with many industry organizations.
